Jessica Koontz is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience caring for patients in behavioral health.
Throughout her career, Jessica has worked closely with psychiatrists, led frontline behavioral health teams and developed extensive experience caring for patients with a variety of mental health needs. Her advanced psychiatric training and compassionate approach make her uniquely suited to provide personalized ketamine care.
As Priority You’s Concierge Ketamine provider, Jessica brings that experience directly to our patients’ homes—providing individualized care and clinical support throughout the treatment experience.

Concierge Ketamine treatments are provided by Jessica Koontz, PMHNP, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of clinical experience.
Yes. Concierge Ketamine is available to both new and existing patients who are appropriate candidates for treatment. New patients are required to complete an in-office medical consultation with Brent Agin, MD, prior to beginning in-home treatments. This allows us to review your medical history, discuss your goals, and determine whether ketamine therapy and the in-home setting are appropriate for you.
Concierge Ketamine treatments may be administered by IV (intravenous) or IM (intramuscular) ketamine, depending on your individualized treatment plan. Your treatment approach will be determined based on your medical evaluation and clinical needs.
Plan for approximately 1–2 hours for your in-home appointment. The treatment itself typically takes about an hour, with additional time built in afterward to allow you to recover comfortably before your provider leaves.
No. Jessica will remain with you throughout your treatment and recovery period to provide dedicated care and monitoring. To help create a calm, uninterrupted treatment environment, we do ask that you arrange childcare and pet care prior to your appointment whenever needed.
No. Patients should not drive for at least four hours following treatment. One of the conveniences of Concierge Ketamine is that when your treatment is complete, you're already home and can continue recovering in a familiar environment.
Concierge Ketamine is available within 15 miles of Priority You at no additional travel charge. For patients located 16–25 miles away, a $50 travel fee applies, and for those 26–35 miles away, a $100 travel fee applies. Locations beyond 35 miles may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Concierge Ketamine appointments are currently available on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Because each appointment includes dedicated travel, treatment, and recovery time, availability is limited and appointments are scheduled in advance.
$650 per treatment
Includes your personalized IV or IM ketamine treatment, dedicated clinical monitoring, and in-home care within 15 miles of Priority You.
Travel fees apply outside our standard service area.
A $300 deposit is required to reserve your Concierge Ketamine appointment and is applied toward the cost of your treatment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may transfer the deposit to a future appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the $300 deposit.
Yes. We offer flexible financing through CareCredit® so you can begin treatment without delay and pay over time with manageable monthly payments. Our team is happy to guide you through the application process if needed. Apply Here
Yes. Concierge Ketamine is an additional treatment option for eligible patients. Traditional in-office ketamine treatment will continue to be available at Priority You.
